    Good morning,

I would like to be able to configure the calculator in the following way:

    1. Make the following field appear or disappear depending on what is selected in the first field.
    2. Show the result of the calculator once the contact form has been sent.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Thank you for purchasing our plugin.

    1. In order to achieve that you should use Conditions, please refer to our online documentation:

    http://documentation.bold-themes.com/cost-calculator/cost-calculator-conditions/

    2. Unfortunately it can not be achieved without code modification which falls outside of scope of Envato's item support policy - https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy. Thanks for understanding. You can use option Hide Total since total will be sent through the mail, but it will not be visible on the web page.

Let us know if you need additional assistance.

    Hi Carles,

Unfortunately neither we nor our external associates are available for custom work. Other than that we do not have a recommendation. Maybe you can try Envato Studio: https://studio.envato.com/ .

I have seen the documentation. But I don't know how to make conditions! It's impossible for me. I copy from the example, but when I modificate the ID it doesn't work.

    I only want this:

    1. First fill: (1) Audiovisual; (2) Agricultura; (3) Seguridad; (4) Mantenimiento.

If i select the first option, in the next fill the user will be able to select other options. But, if the user select the other options, he couldn't select any option in the second fill. ¿How can I get it?

I prove everything and it's impossible to me! Please, help me! Thank you!

    Hi Carles,

Please note that you can set up conditions only for entire element not for options under the element. So if you  try to hide some options in Select list element that is not possible. You can only hide entire Select list element.

Maybe you should create 4 different Select elements with different options and show/hide them depend on selected option in the first Select list.

Let us know if you need additional assistance.

    Hi,

If you ask to display elements in columns, unfortunately that is not possible. All elements are displayed one below another. That way our plugin functions.

Let us know if you need assistance with something else.
