Hi, when I was trying to import the demo content using the BT_import plugin, here is what I got:
I am not installing any other 3rd party plugins other than the required ones by this theme, and what specific questions that I should check from hosting provider on this importing issue?

Please proceed and check your memory an script timeout time:
1. If you have access to your PHP.ini file, change the line in PHP.ini If your line shows 32M try 64M or 128M: memory_limit = 64M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (64MB)
2. If you don't have access to PHP.ini try adding this to an .htaccess file: php_value memory_limit 64M
3. Try adding this line to your wp-config.php file: Increasing memory allocated to PHP define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M');
If you have access to edit your php.ini, it is recommended that you increase the value of max_execution_time to 900 (15 minutes).
If that doesn't help, please contact your hosting provider and see if they are blocking some settings which are causing the demo not to import.

I figured it out!
I suggest that you can put this issue in FAQ section as there are a lot of tickets asking on the same issue. The most possible issue is that you need to install the xmlreader and xmlwriter extension to the PHP on the server which enables the import to work.
