    Please could someone explain to me where i can edit this text marked in the picture.

    Thank you for purchasing our theme.

    You are referring to Excerpt text.

    Please navigate to the Page you want to edit and scroll to the bottom of the page, there you can locate the Excerpt text field.

    If Excerpt text is not visible, then please navigate to the top of the page editor and under Screen options select Excerpt.
