    I follow every stop of installing this theme, but when I arrive BT import I choose the first option which is 

    Select XML file:1. accountanttaxadvisor.WordPress.2020-07-30.xml

    but it keep showing the image as following.

    Thank you for purchasing our theme.

    The best option is to explore error log on your server and identify the exact cause (probably memory or script timeout).

    Either way, this needs to be fixed on a server level. Please refer to following info on how to increase memory and script timeout time:

    Memory increase: 

    1. If you have access to your PHP.ini file, change the line in PHP.ini If your line shows 32M try 64M or 128M: memory_limit = 64M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (64MB) 

    2. If you don't have access to PHP.ini try adding this to an .htaccess file: php_value memory_limit 64M 

    3. Try adding this line to your wp-config.php file: Increasing memory allocated to PHP define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M');

    Script timeout:

    If you have access to edit your php.ini, it is recommended that you increase the value of max_execution_time to 900 (15 minutes).

    Hi, I have apply your suggestion and change the value in both PHP.ini and wp-config.php however, the result stay the same. ;( only change is the process percentage shows 8.5% and error appeared again

    Hi,

    Please note that demo import depends on your server settings.

    When you try to import demo, open Media Library in another tab, and see if images are being uploaded. If so, demo will import, it might just take some time.

    Each time the error appears, stop the import, go to Media Library, remove empty thumbnails, and then try importing demo again.

    Repeat the process till demo is fully imported.

    What you can try, as a last option, is to import demo through regular WP importer (not with BT Import), although we are not sure if that will work.

    You should be able to extract demo xml file from demo_data folder in the theme (\wp-content\themes\avantage\demo_data).

    Extract the xml file, and upload it using regular WP importer (Tools >Import >WordPress). Click ‘Upload file and import’. On the following screen make sure that ‘Download and import file attachments’ is checked. Click ‘Submit’ button and wait until import is finished.
