    Hi,

    I'm having problem to import demo content, i've installed and activated the theme and plugin included wocommerce, but when i run import, it show "error" like image i've uploaded.

    Moreover wordpress show this warning:

    "Your theme contains obsolete copy of some woocommercce model file."

    How can I solve the first problem of demo import? It's is the more urgency problem.

    Hi Daniele,

    Thank you for purchasing our themesmile.png

    It is possible that demo is still being imported, it just takes longer time due to the server settings. When you try to import demo, open Media Library in another tab, and see if images are being uploaded. If so, demo will import, it might just take some time.

    Each time the error appears, stop the import, go to Media Library, remove empty thumbnails, and then try importing demo again.

    Repeat the process till demo is fully imported.

    Also, if after multiple tries you still can not import the demo please refer to the following info on how to increase memory and script timeout time

    Memory increase: 

    1. If you have access to your PHP.ini file, change the line in PHP.ini If your line shows 32M try 64M or 128M: memory_limit = 64M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (64MB) 

    2. If you don't have access to PHP.ini try adding this to an .htaccess file: php_value memory_limit 64M 

    3. Try adding this line to your wp-config.php file: Increasing memory allocated to PHP define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M');

    Script timeout:

    If you have access to edit your php.ini, it is recommended that you increase the value of max_execution_time to 900 (15 minutes).

    If the issue persists, please try contacting your hosting provider and see if it something they can assist you with.

    each time I retry the import, it get the percentual number locked at different values, sometimes lock at 7, sometime at 60, other 80, but I cannot complete the import, what could I do?

    Hi Daniele,

    In general import process is incremental – meaning that it will take off right where it stopped – so you should repeat it as much times as needed until it finishes.

    The number of items in the library should increase if the import is running properly. Sometimes it takes several dozens of reruns – it really depends on the server settings.

    You should delete empty thumbnails only (if there are any), that look like this:

    , not the images that are displaying properly within Media library.

    When i bought that theme I saw there was 3 different version, how can i choose to install the demo layout of first or second version? Is there a quick way to do it?

    Hi Daniele,

    Please note that Primavera theme consists of one main demo with three different homepage versions (Spa, Hairdresser, and Pedicure).

    After you import the demo you can set desired homepage as explained in this article:
