    Hello,

    How do I enable an 'X' escape from the mobile menu. Please see attached file ' mobile-menu-with-X.JPG'- snip from 'https://themeforest.net/search/bossthemes?utf8=%E2%9C%93

    The shopscape mobile menu that we have is very user unfriendly. The only way to escape it is by clicking on another menu link. Our users are hitting (Android) back button and then losing the site altogether.

    If the above is not possible, we will have to implement a separate mobile menu plugin that has the X escape option. If we must do this, then:
    1. what othe plugin do you suggest
    2. how do we disable the shopscape menu in mobile so that both don't show up - see attached file ' mobile-menu-both-showing.JPG  '  ?

    TIA

    Hi Howard,

    In order for close button to work properly please try adding the following code to the Custom css field in Appearance> Customize> General settings:

    body.btMenuVertical > .menuPort .btCloseVertical {  right: 20px !important;
    }
    .btMenuVertical.btMenuVerticalOn .menuScrollPort .logo {   margin-right: 50px;
    }

    Let us know if that helped.

    Thanks for the quick response!

    The solution worked. :-)

    Clicking once on the hamburger opens the vertical menu. Clicking again on the hamburger returns one to the content. Perfect. - Another request please:  How would one change the hamburger into an X after the hamburger has been clicked once?

    Hi Howard,

    You're welcome!smile.png We are glad we could helpsmile.png

    Regarding the hamburger icon, unfortunately, it is not possible to modify the icon into X since that would require modification of the theme which is out of scope of our support.

    Thank you for understanding!
