    Hi,

Some of the images on the website look very poor quality (and the quality was really good). Any ideas how to fix this? And is there a required dimension for images for this theme that I should follow for cropping?

Thanks again, you've been so helpful and quick to reply so far!

    Hi Marina,

Please note that demo imports come with low quality images for two reasons - one is the speed of import and the second is that images are not licensed for third party use, just for demo presentation purposes.

Should you want you can purchase them off of Shutterstock, and we can send you the link to the images.

Regarding the image dimensions - There is no specific dimension for images, the images we have used on our theme are up to 2500px, JPG format.

Let us know if you need additional assistance.

I'm using my own photos, most of which are really high quality. Where I see the problem mainly is in the product catalogue image of Woocommerce and also the slider of homepage. Any ideas how to fix it?

    Thanks

    Hi Marina,

Product catalog images are displaying that way due to WooCommerce changes in the image sizes. You can see more on that in this article - Fixing Blurry Product Images.

You can edit images' display in Appearance >Customize >WooCommerce panel.

Regarding the slider display, it seems that you are not using our page editor Bold Builder, but Elementor. Please note that we cannot provide support for the issues that occur due to the use of third party plugins.
