    Hi!

    Thank you for contacting us .

    The logo size can be increased with custom CSS code.

    The class for logo is btMainLogo. The code goes to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS

    Here's an example of the code.

    .btMainLogo {
        height: 100px;
    }

    Please note that this is just an example.

    If you use @media rule, the command apply just on certain resolutions.

    For example:

    @media (min-width: 480px) {
      .btMainLogo { height: 100px; } }

    This way, you prevent the command affect low resolution screens (mobile view).

    Note that you can change the value of resolutions (480px).

    We need admin access to the site.

    The credentials you have sent to us are not with admin access.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi!

    Logo in the menu can be maximally 90 pixels. If it is greater than that, it changes badly the layout of the site.

    Burger menu lines were white on the white background. We changed the color to blue. Please note that you can change the color to fit your needs. It doesn't have to be blue.

    Here's custom CSS code.

    .btPreloader .animation .preloaderLogo {
        height: 190px;
    }

    The code should go to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS

    I need to fix the positioning of the image in mobile view as this is not responsive style

    Hi,

    Please note that the Logo image you are using has empty space before logo which affects appearance on mobile devices:

    Due to that space logo doesn't have a middle vertical alignment.

    You can decrease the Logo sizes in the Vertical menu and sticky menu with the following CSS code, but we recommend you use different Logo images as well for a better appearance:

    @media(max-width:768px) {
    .btMenuVertical.btStickyHeaderActive.btStickyHeaderOpen
    .btLogoArea .logo img.btAltLogo {
        height: 60px !important;

    }
    .btMenuVertical .btLogoArea .logo img {
        height: 80px;
    }
    }

    Please tell me how to make the slider responsive as this image is not showing.

    Hi,

    Please in the future open a new ticket for a new problem. Thanks for understanding.

    Regarding the slider display on mobile, unfortunately, it is not possible for the images to fully resize to fit the smaller screen sizes. You can either add another slider with different and/or smaller images, or you can re-center the existing images, so different part of the image would be visible on mobile.

    Please try to do the following:

    - Add Extra Class Name to the slider item you want to re-center (not the section).

    - Then, add the following code to Appearance >Customize > Additional css:

    @media (max-width: 768px) {
        .mysection_1 .slick-list .slick-slide {
        background-position: 0% 50% !important;
    }
    }

    Please adjust the break point (max width), and background position according to your needs.

    Hi,

    It was our bad. We have sent you CSS code with space between mysection_1 and slick-slide classes. We have corrected that and the background image has changed the position:
