You can add a background video on section, like Youtube video, MP4, Ogg, WebM:

Also, you can embed the video, please use the Text element and paste the iframe to a text tab.

Regarding the PDF files,  we suggest uploading the pdf file to the media library and add its link to some elements that contains URL field like Buttons, Image, ...

In order to resolve the CORS issue you would need to edit .htaccess file and add Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*", as explained in this forum:

We have already answered that the only way to add it to our theme is to upload that file to Media library and use link in some Bold builder element with URL field. The other way is to use some third party plugin, but since we haven't tested any of them we can not recommend them or offer support for their integration.
