    I am making changes to my css files. But my css code is not getting updated. 

    And I am not using any child theme.

    Hi Mahadev,

    Could you tell us what kind of changes are you trying to make?

    We would not recommend making changes directly in the theme file, since they will be lost once you update the theme.

    In order to make CSS changes, please add the code to Custom CSS field in Appearance >Customize >General Settings.

    I have added this code to custom CSS.

    body {
    background-color: #f4f4f4;

    .bottomSemiSpaced {
    padding-bottom: 1em;
    }

    .topSemiSpaced {
    padding-top: 1em;
    }

    .bottom and .topsemi works well. But the body css not working. Please suggest

    Hi Mahadev,

    Please try adding '!important' to the body CSS code.

    body {
    background-color: #f4f4f4 !important;
    }
    

    Although, please note that some of the sections and columns on you pages have background color already added to them, so the color you set as body background color will not be visible in that case.

    You are right I think the bg of these pages isnt working.

    I have added 

    body {
    background-color: #ffffff !important; }

    to custom css in the Customising General Settings .

    but in these pages bg is not showing - http://wcgroup.com.au/cms7/about-us/our-licensee/ and home page http://wcgroup.com.au/cms7/

    Please suggest.

    doesnt work if I put it in Customising General Settings. Please suggest.

    Hi Mahadev,

    The reason the background color of body element is not visible is that the sections and columns on the page have other background color added to them, so the body background color cannot be seen. 

    What you need to do is remove the background color added to these other elements.

    This worked good.

    I am facing another issue. "The mobile version of the front page logo and text is overlaps". I have attached the snapshot. of this link - home page http://wcgroup.com.au/cms7/

    The logo is getting shrunk width wise as well. Please suggest the code to correct

    Hi Mahadev,

    The best option would be to have smaller height of the logo display on mobile phones. In order to do that, please try adding the code below to Custom CSS field in Appearance >Customize >General Settings.

    @media (max-width: 768px) {
        .btLogoArea .logo img {
            height: 70px;
            padding-top: 20px;
    }
    }

    Please adjust the values and break point (max width) according to your needs.
