    I just bought this theme and demo content is not loading properly.

    Im having this problem with all the themes I own. Just tried to upload demo content for Organic Theme to this domain and its giving same error. 

    Is there an update or a reason why this isn't working anymore? I dont want to keep bothering you everytime I want to upload demo content

    Could you tell us which error is appearing when you try to upload the demo?

    We logged in to your site, installed required plugins, and the demo upload seems to be working fine (although, we didn't wait till the end, since we're not sure which demo you want to install).

    We cannot login to the last site you've sent us, it says the username is invalid.

    Could you please explain to us what error is appearing when you try to install demo? Could you please send us the screenshot?

    Hi Nita,

    We're still not able to login, this time the password is incorrect.

    Either way, from what we can see in the screenshots, you first need to install and activate all required plugins, in order to be able to import demo.

    Other errors appearing clearly indicate that there is an issue with your server. Please consider contacting your hosting provider for additional assistance. 

    Also, please refer to following info on how to increase memory and script timeout time:

    Memory increase: 

    1. If you have access to your PHP.ini file, change the line in PHP.ini If your line shows 32M try 64M or 128M: memory_limit = 64M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (64MB) 

    2. If you don't have access to PHP.ini try adding this to an .htaccess file: php_value memory_limit 64M 

    3. Try adding this line to your wp-config.php file: Increasing memory allocated to PHP define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M');

    Script timeout:

    If you have access to edit your php.ini, it is recommended that you increase the value of max_execution_time to 900 (15 minutes).

    And the adhavoc theme is still not displaying properly. 

    Also I use the Wordpress Importer to import the XML file because the BT Importer does not show up under tools.

    How do you get the BT Importer to display under tools like you did on the transportation site?

    Hi Nita,

    AdHoc theme does not use BT Import for demo upload, like the Cargo theme.

    The errors appearing are related to the demo content that has already uploaded. What you need to do, once these errors appear, is to go to Media Library, see if some images are not properly uploaded, and delete them (only images that didn't upload properly). Then, try installing demo again. Repeat this process until the pages appear on your site.

    Also, we'd suggest one more time that you contact your hosting provider regarding the available memory and script timeout. Once they are increased, installing demo should be easier.

    OK, is this the same case for Organic Theme? No BT Uploader? 

    I have contacted Godaddy before, when you suggested, and they didn't see a space issue. Then you guys went in and installed and it worked. Not sure what seems to be the issue with the ADHavoc demo content....

    Hi Nita, 

    Organic theme has BT Import. AdHoc theme might take a little more time to install demo than others, but there shouldn't be any problem with installation. 

    Could you tell us if you were able to install demo for AdHoc?

    Hi Nita,

    Please try adding the code below to Custom CSS field in Appearance >Customize >General Settings:

    .topBarInMenu .btIco span {
        display: inline-block;
        text-indent: 5px !important;
        visibility: visible !important;
        width: 5px !important;
    }

    HI, 

    We are also having an issue with the blog posts. When you are on the homepage at the bottom where the blog post links are when you click on them it goes to a 401 error. http://b76.823.myftpupload.com  <<< see this. 

    How can we fix those links and continue to duplicate those posts successfully?

    Hi Nita,

    The error we are getting is '404 not found' error.

    Please try to recreate permalink structure by going to Settings > Permalinks, changing it to Post name for example, saving the settings, than changing it back to the one you originally had, and saving it again.
